This privacy policy explains how BN Coaching & Health (powered by B.P.P. d.o.o.) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this website or interact with our services.

When you contact us via the contact form or booking system, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), selected service, message/notes, and the date and time of your booking. We process this data solely to respond to your inquiry and manage the booking.

3. Legal basis

Data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (your consent via the privacy checkbox).

4. Storage period

Your data will be stored only for as long as required to fulfil your request or the booking, plus any statutory retention periods. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Requests can be sent to mail@bncoachinghealth.com.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses only the cookies listed below. Necessary cookies are set without consent because the website cannot work properly without them. Google Analytics cookies are set only after you have chosen “Accept all” or switched on “Statistics” in the cookie settings.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or with the button below. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. When you withdraw consent, Google Analytics is stopped and its cookies are deleted from your browser.

7. Web analytics with Google Analytics 4

If you consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Without your consent, no Google script is loaded and no Google Analytics cookie is set.

Purpose: to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors find the site) so that we can improve it. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google signals and data sharing with Google are switched off, and no advertising features are used.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Cookies are stored on and read from your device only with your consent.

Storage period: Analytics data is deleted after 14 months. The cookies _ga and _ga_MDR1MSF6VG expire after 2 years unless you delete them earlier or withdraw your consent.

Google may also process data on servers of Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
